Fit-Out Dundalk

CCL Contracts are nearing completion on a 20,000 ft office and production area fit out for a global leader in critical power distribution and protection in Dundalk. The building comprises of office accommodation, kitchens, canteen, reception, WC’s, circulation spaces and production area. We have created a multipurpose environment for our client that contains up to 80 workstations, as well as coworking and breakout areas. Works on the project include electrical and mechanical installation, the installation of a raised flooring system to offer the client more flexibility in the future and extensive use of American walnut to provide a top-quality finish.
